Cassandra is an exceptional personal. She has got some humor to her. And I’ve known her, I have been coming here for maybe the last seven eight years. And we talk about family and yet she gets down to business and tell me what’s going on with my hearing aids and they just need to be cleaned up or there’s an update and yeah, very professional. They call me by name, they know me, I’ll call make an appointment. They have always been accommodating, I come in, they know who I am, very good stuff. The work that they’ve performed on my hearing aids have been outstanding. I mean pretty much its been clean. I haven’t had any issues where I had to go back to the manufacturer and I come in two times three times a year maybe and have it clean them up and get some more batteries and I’m good to go. I have recommended it to other people and yeah because the professionalism that I have received here and the proximity of where it’s located. There’s tons of this type of operation out there and I go where I feel comfortable. I’ve been coming long enough to this establishment. If she was to move I am sure that I would follow. What else can I say, I’m a happy customer.
