I went to other places to see if could find a doctor before I came here. And I wasn’t comfortable, I didn’t like them, they were just, it’s that feeling that you have. And I found Cassandra and her group here and I’ve been very pleased and I’ve been with them for seven years. From the time I come in the door, I feel very comfortable, very welcome, they’re smiles. I have no problem, you don’t have to wait. Cassandra is very nice, she does not pressure you. She has a good sense of humour, she teases a lot. And always smiling. And so I then know all about her children. I mean we just talk. She has become a friend actually. I would recommend Cassandra to anyone, especially to friends. Her staff are very friendly. You come in, they greet you, they know me by first name. It’s, there is no pressure to purchase from her, to buy. I have a nice warranty on my hearing aids. I can come back; it is easy to get an appointment. I can now hear the birds sing when I sit on my patio, that’s important to me. Absolutely a difference. You don’t have choice when you have to wear them but after you brush your teeth in the morning you put them in and that’s what I do every day. I love it here and I would recommend it to anyone.
